内容简介

Neil 要和菲菲一起录一期节目，但怎么也找不到菲菲。他说他在“all over the shop”找菲菲？这是什么意思？听节目，学习一个常用英式俚语表达。

Feifei：Oh, hi, Neil.

Neil：Where have you been? I’ve been looking all over the shop for you!

Feifei：你找我了？什么？All over the shop? 我没去商店啊，我去厕所了。

Neil：Thanks for the information.

Feifei：好了，你打住。其实我知道“all over the shop”的意思。这个表达的意思是“到处都是，哪儿都是，everywhere”。刚才 Neil 说“he has been looking all over the shop for me”的意思就是“他到处找我” 。

Neil：Well, I’m just glad I’ve found you. Now we can finally start the programme and explain our expression: ‘all over the shop’. Ah, we’ve already done that.
